Ticket presales are processed as pledges through crowdfunding (CAMPFIRE); general ticket sales and Online Archive (streaming) sales are processed on teket; and film entry fees are processed on FilmFreeway. - Presale (CAMPFIRE): after the project closes, a teket redemption code is sent in December 2026 (choose your seat and issue your ticket on teket). Other rewards are delivered at the times stated on the project page. Ember Numbers are posted on the Supporters page once the pledge is confirmed.
General sale (teket): an electronic ticket (reserved seat) is issued on teket upon completion of payment.
Online Archive (digital product): streamed via teket after the festival. Streaming period approx. one month.
Entry fee (FilmFreeway): the entry is accepted upon completion of payment. - Cancellation and refunds
- Presale (CAMPFIRE): pledges are non-refundable. Handling is subject to the CAMPFIRE terms of service.
General sale (teket): cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted. If the organizer cancels the festival, ticket prices are refunded in accordance with teket's procedures.
Online Archive (streaming): due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted.
Film entries (FilmFreeway): entry fees are not refunded for cancellation after submission.

The rights to the text, images, video, logos, and other content on this website belong to the Committee or the respective rights holders. Rights to images and video relating to the screened films belong to the creators of each film. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or modification is prohibited. For press use, please contact us.
